Two major innovations facilitating the administrative formalities connected with the stay in the port have seen the light of day: a web portal dedicated to yachtsmen and a mobile application specific to the Port Vauban.
A real everyday tool, the customer portal is a new interface which is both ergonomic and intuitive, enabling each yachtsman to create an online account and take advantage of the e-services.
By accessing his private space containing all the information in his customer account, he can manage his personal information, make job requests, consult the list of his stays and bookings, pay his bills (annual, long term, winter and summer packages, short stays…), declare his absences and see the summary of his outings, or consult his Wifi code.
A set of online procedures that are becoming more and more successful over time. Thus, in four months, more than 450 customers have already created their account on the Vauban port yachting portal.
Almost a month after its release, the mobile application of the Port Vauban has already been downloaded more than a hundred times on iPhone and Android. Facilitating the daily life of yachtsmen, it enables those already in contact with the port (yachtsmen, car park users, participants in events and animations) to discover on their smartphone all the geolocalised information of the port, notably the location of the services and the latest news. This mobile application also enables them to make their exit declarations in a few clicks.
