Informations Covid-19

Dear Customers,
Dear Partners,

In view of the Covid-19 pandemic, we would like to inform you that the Port Vauban has implemented a business continuity plan taking into account the current recommendations issued by the French Government.

The operations will be ran by a reduced staff but the site monitoring (water, boats, etc) will be maintained as well as all operational emergency plans. Some of our office staff will remain on site at the main Capitainerie. Please note that the building will be closed but accessible in case of emergency by ringing the door bell.

This plan allows us to protect our employees while guaranteeing the company’s ability to maintain its essential activities in the coming weeks. This should ensure that the quality of our service remains unaffected.

▶️ Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have from 9am til 5pm by calling +334 9291 6000 or emailing us

Take care of yourself,

The Port Vauban teams

Dear all,

ANTIBES OFFICIAL ORDER: please find attached to this email the official order applicable in all Antibes ports. This document bans access to the ports to boats, sailing boats or yachts that would not hold one of these documents:

  • An annual contract
  • A seasonal contract
  • A long-term contract or ‘amodiataire’ contract

This order is in effect until further notice, due to the exceptional sanitary context. Please note that all boats already based in the port and not holding one of these contracts will not be able to return if the decision of leaving the port is made.

PREFECTURE PRESS RELEASE + OFFICIAL LETTER FROM THE MAYOR: also attached to this email, a press release from the Préfet Maritime en Méditerranée stating that all pleasure, tourism and recreational boating activities are forbidden in the Mediterranean Sea until at least March, 31st 2020. Also attached, an official letter from the Mayor of Antibes Juan-les-Pins written on March, 18th 2020.

Non-compliance to these regulations will result in the same penalties than the ones applied ashore. The Mediterranean Gendarmerie units will be on the water monitoring all activity starting today. These confinement restrictions officially start on Tuesday, March 17th at 12pm and prohibit all outings in order to minimize traffic.

We are available on the phone from 9am until 5pm +334 9291 6000 or by email

Thank you all for your cooperation.

Be safe,

The Port Vauban teams
